Rob Hanson

Rob Hanson – Managing Director

Lemonade was launched in 2003 by Rob Hanson, an award winning team building events designer, facilitator and meeting professional.  Rob is the winner of MPI’s (Meeting Professionals International) New Member of the Year Award and was nominated for Durham’s Region’s Art of Transition Award for bringing business and community together.

As an active member of the entertainment industry, Rob has worked on numerous projects as a recording engineer/producer; working with platinum selling top 40 artists and some of the world’s most iconic creative production teams such as Jim Henson and Frank Oz.

Rob's brings a unique skill set and creative approach to team building, which has been experienced by many of the world's most recognized organizations.

First Team Building Project

The President of MasterCard reaches out to Rob Hanson to provide a team building holiday album recording session for its executive team.


2003 to 2005

First Global Team Building Project

Rob Hanson designs and delivers album recording project called Fun 2 Sing.  It reaches over 25,000 students at schools across Ontario.


MPI Award

Lemonade's Managing Director, Rob Hanson, wins MPI New Member of The Year Award.



First Corporate Global Team Building Project

Lemonade designs and delivers our first corporate Global Team Project for EMCO Corporation connecting franchise managers in cities across North America.


Award Nomination

Lemonade's Rob Hanson nominated for Durham Region's Art Of Transition Award for bringing business and community together.



Historic Team Building Project

As part of the official celebrations of the Flag of Canada’s 50th anniversary, we produce the largest recording of Canada’s national anthem in history.  It brings together the voices of over 28,000 children at schools in every province and territory of Canada.


First Virtual Team Building Project

In celebration of the Flag of Canada’s 50th anniversary, we design an on-line portal, complete with interactive resources so all Canadians can participate.
